The American Society of Safety Engineers is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is authorized to issue the IACET CEU. The ASSE is authorized by IACET to offer 0.7 CEUs for each full training day.

Registration submissions for this event are not processed, and a seat is not confirmed or reserved, until full payment is received. All submissions not paid in full will be placed on a waitlist and priority will be given to paid registrants in a payment first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited, so it is highly recommended that payment is provided at the time of submission to guarantee a seat within all related events. Entrance to the event is contingent upon full payment. Course materials are not guaranteed to those who register on site or fail to submit payment prior to the event.
Full refunds will be granted to written requests received by January 10th, 2018 via email to CustomerService@asse.org or fax to +1.847.768.3434. No shows or cancellations received on or after January 11th, 2018 will not receive a refund.
If, for any reason, ASSE must cancel a course or event, liability is limited solely to the registration fees paid. ASSE is not responsible for other expenses incurred, including travel and accommodation fees. A $25 substitution fee will be charged per the substitution attendee. Submit substitutions in writing by January 10th, 2018 to CustomerService@asse.org or fax to +1.847.768.3434. If pricing for the new attendee changes the total cost of attending the event, you will be charged or refunded for the difference in fees.
Whenever possible, arrangements will be made for physically challenged registrants provided ASSE received at least 45-days’ notice. Please provide an explanation in writing to CustomerService@asse.org or fax to +1.847.768.3434.

To receive CEUs, attendees need to be present for the education hours of the seminar(s) selected and participate in all-learning activities provided by the instructor(s).
Learning objectives will be assessed by providing feedback through evaluations, completing tests or quizzes, participating in discussions, and/or through presenting the results of a group project.
For Board of Certified Safety Professionals recertification points, ASSE awarded CEUs are equivalent in value (e.g., 1.0 CEU = 1.0 recertification point).

Obtaining a VISA is solely the responsibility of the attendee. Please contact the local government of the host country for details. Once a paid registration is received, a letter of invitation will be provided by ASSE, upon request.
When you register for the event as a nonmember, the difference between member and nonmember event fees can be applied towards membership.
